In some cases we may use FedEx Ground to ship our US Parcels. When it is economically feasible and does not delay your package.

Please remember that your order must be downloaded, fulfilled, in many
cases gift wrapped, packed, labelled and picked up by the post office.
We do our best to have your order ready to ship within 1 - 3 business
days our policy is no longer than 4 days. If your order is not
fulfilled in a timely manner we will upgrade to the next level of
service at our expense.
Orders are printed and begin processing before noon. Any orders place
after 12 noon will not be processed until the next morning.
What is processing time? This is the time it takes us to process your
credit card, print your order, create and print your shipping labels,
pack your order and fill out any necessary customs documents. We ask
that you allow us 1-3 business days to complete this process, in
addition to the estimated shipping time.
