This is Cecily Rowan and she was almost 3 months (11 weeks) in this picture. Cecily's parents took her for her first trip to the Peterborough Zoo. You'll notice that she is sporting a wonderful Zutano striped romper. Cecily's mom, Christina told us "This striped romper is so soft and such good quality. It is the nicest peice of clothing that Cecily has right now. And she just looks soooo cute in it."
