Customer
satisfaction is our principal concern at The Baby Marketplace. We
gladly accept returns within 30 days from receipt of merchandise and we
will exchange it or issue a refund (exceptions listed below).
Shipping and handling fees are not refundable neither are gift wrapping
or promotional discounts. Please note that all outerwear returned after
October 31st, may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
The few things you can’t send back:
- items on clearance are Final Sale
- personalized or custom items
- holiday-themed items after the holiday
- beauty and hygiene products (baby bottles, lotions, soaps, etc.)
- underwear
