How do I
return/exchange and item?
If you have received your package and are not fully satisfied with an
item and wish to return or exchange it, just replace the gift in its
original packaging and follow these simple steps:
Contact our customer service department by e-mail at
customerservice@thebabymarketplace.com
with the following information:
Your name
Reason for return
Order number
Request for refund or exchange.
Once we receive your information, we will assign you a Order Return
Authorization Code (ORA Code) and a Return/Exchange form. This ORA Code
and Return/Exchange Form will ensure prompt and proper handling of your
refund or exchange. We are unable to accept returns of merchandise that
has been used, soiled or damaged. Merchandise must be returned with
original packaging and/or tags intact to ensure complete credit. We will
issue a full refund for the price of any product you return if it meets
the above conditions. Write your ORA Code on the Return Form and return
to:

(Address will be provided with ORA Code).
All sales become final after 30 days. Returns sent without an ORA Code
on or near the address label will not be accepted. Please allow
us two weeks to process the refund.
Due to high brokerage fees returns will only be accepted if sent using
the Postal system. We will refuse any returns sent via courier service
such as FedEx or UPS.
Clearance, sale, special-order items and Sampler/Bonus
Packages are all final sales.
This included items purchased using promotion coupons and Diaper
Packages.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges on returns and/or
exchanges. This applies for items sold with "Free Shipping" or "Shipping
Included".
Example: If you order baby shoes and used a free shipping coupon. Then
you decide you want to return it within the 30 days for a refund. Your
refund would be purchase price less "actual"
shipping charges to your destination.
